Neighborhood concert Duo Heer Halewijn

On December 21st, the Mathenesse aan de Maas Foundation and Het Leerstation are hosting a warm winter afternoon from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We warmly invite you to ring in the winter together.

There will be music by the duo Heer Halewijn – singer Jeroen Manders and accordionist René Onsia. They have been performing together for over 35 years, bringing warm, nostalgic Dutch repertoire from before World War II, interspersed with surprising excursions into later songs. Their music tells short stories, full of charm and melancholy, and takes you back in time.
